

Their continuous display of unprofessionalism and their nonchalant attitude toward me made to feel like I was asking them for a favor. But it's the principle for me and it's the wrong way to do business for any company let alone a company that represents such a quality brand. I know it's just $62 bucks and it's really not worth taking the time and energy to argue over such a small amount of money. It almost was like they just tossed the money at me as a way to get me to stop bothering them. And to add insult to injury, they didn't bother to offer any explanation as to why it was the case. And when they finally did, it was $62 short of the amount we originally agreed on. I had to call them several times the next day before they finally decided to send my money. I didn't hear anything from them on Monday and I had to call them twice before the product specialist who I did the transaction with finally called me and told me they'd get it done by end of day.

I took my car there to sell on Saturday, not only did they try to low ball me (that I understand as it's business), but what really got me disappointed was the fact that we agreed on a number and when it came time to pay, they told my their Accounting department was closed and they'd make sure I got paid on Monday when they come in.

I recommend this dealer to anyone in the Houston area. Other than this issue, I thing this is a very very good dealer. Poor understanding of charger set up needs -The Wall mount charger (supposed to be level 2 charger compared to the basic level 1 that comes with the car) is not even available to purchase.

They did not even charge the car overnight for me to be ready on the day of pickup.Imagine excitement to be picking up your new car with such feature to find you cannot use it on your first trip to home.

The BMW genius team (Daniel and his team) are very professional and helpful in guiding me through setting up my car profile and tune up all the digital tools that come with this car (and they are many). The initial APR rate was high but they immediately matched the lower rate I had received from my own bank (Doing my homework first helped). The offer including the cost and the financial deal I received from this dealer was good. The total build up and delivery was less than 5 weeks from the date I signed the order. They were all prompt in their replies to my emails. Shaun Massaih and his team did fantastic job helping me put together an order for a new X5 and made sure I was updated on the status of manufacturing and date of the vehicle delivery.
